In our opinion and experience, it may be possible. Its possible to add upto 3 main objects in the Memorandum of Association (MoA). Hence you can attempt the same in your spice forms while incorporating it.
After incorporation:
It includes amendment in the Memorandum of Association (MoA). It has to be ratified by the Jurisdictional Registrar of Companies (RoC). Here, individual RoCs have different standards. However, we still believe that two different objects should not be an issue with most RoCs. Just ensure that the Explanatory Memorandum attached with the Notice for Amendment in Alteration is well reasoned and lays down the reasons for the amendment. This Explanatory Memorandum has to be certified and attached with the form to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies.
